Cancellation Policy for Saturdays – Liverpool dental care
At Liverpool Dental Care, we are committed to providing exceptional care to all our patients. To ensure that we maintain availability for those in need, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
Appointment Reminders:
You will receive a reminder of your upcoming Saturday appointment 3 days prior to your scheduled visit. This is to help you confirm your attendance or make any necessary cancellations.
Appointment Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 3 days’ notice before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to other patients in need of care.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made after the reminder date (within 3 days of the scheduled appointment) will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee helps offset the cost of lost appointment time.
No-Show Policy:
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will also result in a $50 no-show fee.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate emergencies. However, repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in additional fees or the need to pay a deposit for future appointments.
